[Sometime after the team arrives back on base, but before they head out to Okinawa, a plain gift box is left outside of March's door. There is no name, but there is a note inside, written in precise handwriting.
Before the trip to Las Vegas became what it was, I had bought souvenirs with what I promise were good intentions. I thought maybe about getting rid of it, but figured I would leave that for you to decide. Keep it if you like, but I won't be offended if it wasn't exactly a trip you want to remember.
I wanted to thank you for helping me clothes shopping. Even if we didn't make much headway. But that's more my fault than yours.

There are also a pair of comfortable chairs there, something he splurged on for guests, using the excuse that it was for newbies to stop by and ask him questions. Raidou greets March with a smile and gestures to one of the chairs, as he gets up to take the other.]

[Oh... it's so cute. All of it is, as he takes a look through the bag. He's really unused to getting gifts like this, and it's a delight to him every time. He definitely has to look the sachet over, as he's never come across something like that before. The cuff links really catch his eye, though.]
Looks like I need an excuse to get dressed up now. Thank you so much, this is all so thoughtful. I could make some of the tea now, if you'd like some. Or some coffee.
